It is commonly prepared in a wok or frying pan and can be customized with different ingredients such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Break up any clumps using a spatula.
-
Stir-fry the rice with the vegetables for about 3–5 minutes.
Step 6: Add Seasonings

Pour soy sauce over the rice.
-
Add salt and black pepper.
