- 500 g brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4β6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2β3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2β3 garlic cloves (optional, minced)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce or balsamic vinegar (optional for depth)

1. Prep and preheat
- Heat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
2. Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, toss:
- Brussels sprouts
- Bacon pieces
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and garlic
Make sure everything is lightly coated.
3. Roast
- Spread evenly on the tray
- Roast for 20β25 minutes, stirring halfway
- Sprouts should be browned and bacon crispy
4. Add honey glaze
- Drizzle honey over the hot tray
- Toss gently to coat
- Roast another 5β7 minutes until caramelized
5. Finish and serve
