Instructions
1. Prepare the Caramel (Optional)

2. Prepare the Apples
- Arrange sliced apples over the caramel or directly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
3. Make the Flan Mixture
In a bowl whisk together:
- yogurt
- eggs
- sugar
- milk
- vanilla
- flour
Mix until smooth.
4. Assemble
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the apples.
5. Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake 35–40 minutes until the center is set.
6. Cool & Serve
- Let cool for 20 minutes.
- You can serve warm or chilled.
