Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the steak and let it marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet or grill over high heat.
Cook steak 3–5 minutes per side depending on thickness.
3. Rest & Slice
Let steak rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
4. Cook the Vegetables
In the same pan, heat olive oil and sauté peppers and onions 4–5 minutes until slightly charred.
5. Assemble Fajitas
Place steak and vegetables on warm tortillas and add toppings.
